
Hi:) My name is Rachel. For the last 12 years, I have shared my health journey with friends and family online. What started out as an innocent search for answers in college on how to get fit, turned into years of researching for clarity on symptoms I had, finding the best natural products, to finding day-to-day things to improve my wellness and lifestyle and of course, making a lot of healthy recipes.
Improving my health and fitness has given me confidence, made me feel more energized and allowed me to perform my best each and every day. My goal for this blog is to encourage others on their health journey and show that each small step that you take when it comes to your diet or lifestyle can have lasting effects on your overall well-being.
